so we had a walkathon taday. we walked all the way frm ny to smu. every class had a mascot dressed up acc to the fundraising theme healthy lifestyle. for our class we dressed up xuerong jul and weilin into popeye olive and spinach. heehee. weilin looks funny in a bunch of green newspp and hoola hoop. we also had this body combat and guess-which-teacher photo competition. wheeee
anw we found out that we din make the longest popiah in the world. it happened that changi hospital made a popiah of 206m. arghhh. we lost to them by ard 10m! very ke xi leh. ahhh but at least the event was fun and the popiah was nicee. =)

whoo~today ny made the longest popiah in the whole world! we broke the world guiness record! yea. the last record was 108m and today we made a popiah of 196.14 metres. making it was pretty fun but extremely sweaty. we had pe b4 popiah making and during making of the popiah we had to do it under the scorching sun and everyone were steaming up smoke. for my job i spread out de turnip and sprinkled the garlic and peanuts. den we had the popiah cheer which im not very sure of. bao bing you bao you bing, den sth xiang cui and ji pin? hahaaa we oso had popiah wave and other ny cheers lorhz. ahhh i tink the popiah tastes very nice lehz though it may not be that hygenic but i still luv it~ greedy me ate 2 packets of popiah, mine and dingjia's cos she dun wan. heeheee.
tests are finally over today. i still cnt get over the fact that i lost abt 4 marks bcos i din realise that sub atomic particles referred to protons neutrons and electrons. sheeshhh.

today was the first rd of heats and me and jiebin were running the 200m in place of sihui and gloria. we were supposed to be reserve one lorh, but they both had syf practice. and i blur blur not sure whether running or not, and i din even bring pe tee shirt, in the end lucky gongzie lent me. thanks! well so this event was right at the start, i was in heat 2 lane 8. i had never run in an event b4 frm pri sch till now. so as expected, i gloriously clinched the last position. and hor, run halfway, the rubber band that i made extra effort to tie tightly fell off! wad cld i do mah, stop and pick up meh? so i left it and continued running lorhz. in the end i din go back and take, so that rubber band [of my sis] wld be gone for gd. well when running my legs were so tired halfway and i really felt like stopping. well i din stop but i cldnt keep up my speed so i sort of like slow jogged towards the end. so humiliating to be the last! but looking on the bright side, i can now tell myself that i've run for a preliminary round of sports heat b4! heehee. =) lalalala~

today me eyu bao and hong went escape! hong bao went first in the morn. i had tong xun yuan thingy so i met my sis at city hall and joined them there. it was free admission! well so hong bao were queuing for the wet and wild. so my sis went to queue for pirate ship lorhz. there were so many ppl that i tink the fastest queue wld at least take half to one hr. after we were done with that, i dragged yh to flipper with me. cos after hl left that time, my mum and sis din wanna play it wif me. den i din wanna play by myself so this great responsibility is now passed to yh. well at first bao and hong said they werent gng to try that, and yh kept blaming me for dragging her into this mess. and when the ppl up there were screaming, she screamed along with them, increasing my level of nervousity. so we calmed ourselves by songing the [titanic O it was sad] song. and when the man pulled down yh's security bar, she was already screaming liaoz. then i comforted ourselves by saying that evn my mum had tried it. flipper was quite cool actually, we came out unharmed. and yh was so enthu abt it and her whole perspective changed. so after anthr rd of pirate ship, we had another go at flipper, this time everyone tried. so yh and eyu went to queue, me and bao went to buy cotton candy. the candy queue was evn longer than the rides. we queued for cottn candy for like, more than half an hr? and yh called me to say that it was their turn next liaoz, and there were still like 10 more ppl in front of us? so in the end bao and me gave up on the cotton candy and played flipper instead. then bao had to go for yoga, so the rest of us went to queue for wet and wild. then i got this false alarm frm the ppl behind that rainbow had started, so we the excited trio left the queue and rushed to rainbow, only to find it still under maintainence. so we went for alpha 8, and after half an hr etc of queueing, we changed our minds agn and queued for the family coaster. and after that we finaly went home~~~~

well. today. me weilin jiebin olivia and carolyn went to child@ street 11 to do nyaa service. i was supposed to go support the chinese passage reading competition one, but after several apologies to 2 tchrs, i was finally excused to do my service. so hor, we went there to teach all these children and i taught an indian gal called vaishee. teaching, is really not easy. i taught her eng, and she only chose to do the mcq ques. she jus anyhow rite numbers frm 1-4, then ask me to check ans. since she anyhow do, of cuz wrong lahz! so i hv to tell her agn one by one, den she ll hv to erase all her ans den she get irritated and grumble. den when i want to teach her rite, she keep saying i noe i noe and push me away. den when she do compre mcq, neva read psg de. i told her many times, u must read psg den ans ques, she say no need no need and anyhow do. so i have to read the psg for her and she doesnt even listen. sometimes i tok halfway, she say wait ah, den go out of the room and nv come back for a long time! and hor, she do that eng bk, is do frm back to front one, no order at all. for some mcq ques, totally absurd. she anyhow do as usual, filling in frm 1-4, and that page of ques only have options frm 1 to 2. she doesnt even read the ques at all! arghh! teach until i wanna cry liaoz. she even ask me to do the whole book for her, and got one pg she just flip to the back and copy ans! and when i teach her hor, shes humming songs! den when i was painstakingly reading thru her compre, she was reading a malay book. shes an indian and she told me that she din understand the book, so she look at the pic and invent her own story...well thats pretty creative, but we were in the middle of doing eng!!! i want to vomit blood liao zlahz, dat time i ask her whether she understood anyhting we've done, she very honestly said no. all my efforts!!! weilin say i hv to use more interesting ways to teach, not dead dead one, since shes only p1. haiz...hope there will be more success next time~~

that ke wu de eyu just showed me her class tee in joyful glee. i so hate their class tee. its so darn nicee! and its in my fav colour pink!! and kind hearted eyu has kindly reminded me that its pastel pink, not just pink. humphhz. claire is so talented and those tiny gal portraits of everybody is so kewt~~the greedy me wants one too! i shall be evil and extra and insert my own ugly face in. wadeva i shall not be jealous by eyu's claims of "i lurve my class tee!" our class tee oso gd mahz its lime green and got that 306 clock thingy.
anw starting frm last week since the namecards were so popular, their price was raised to 2 dollars. which means that when i return my namecard now, i ll have a profit of $1.50! how i wished that the tchr had given me a namecard per day for the previous week since i din wear anything during morn announcemts. dat way i ll have 5 more namecards bought at a total of 2.50 dollars. and when i return them all i ll have a gain of 7.50! but unfortunately i dun have that many namecards so its my loss of 6 dollars profit! =| lolx and now i finally have a proper nametag given to me by jul! dun hav to wear name card anymore~ wheeez...
